Polariton demonstrates signal modulation at very high frequencies between 80 and 125 GHz employing the MZM-P110 plasmonic Mach-Zehnder Modulator, based on the next generation technology for photonic integrated circuits. The applications for this family of devices is 1.6T-DR4 modulation schemes. The device is hermetically shielded and is specified to work over 8000 hours without degradation. At the real-time demonstration we use equipment for the generation of the high frequency signals and the optical signal analyzer from Quantifi Photonics. Furthermore Polariton highlights excellent results achieved by its research partners both in the IM/DD and coherent modulation space. This is the second time we collaborate with Quantifi and thank them for their support.
